PAISLEY- Watch my Video!!: Medium size spayed female Border Collie / Spaniel mix. Estimated DOB January 1996 -- Paisley was adopted from our shelter almost 16 years ago, and sadly she has returned in her old age along with her companion, Lily, because their owner was no longer able to care for them. Paisley is a very sweet dog. She does not mind being handled, is fine with other dogs, and spends most of her time napping. She appears to be in good health for her age, but she does have some trouble with stairs and her eyesight is not perfect. We're not sure how much she can actually hear, but she does respond to high pitched noises such as a whistle. While it is always heartbreaking to see an old dog in a shelter environment, we know that it won't be long until she finds a wonderful, comfy and loving home to spend her final golden years.
