SASHA - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED !!!
SASHA: Medium size spayed female Husky / Border Collie mix. Estimated DOB August 2009 -- Sasha is a very sweet, smart and energetic girl. In her short little life, she has been passed around to several homes with no one willing to commit to her. Now that she has found her way to the shelter, we feel sure she will finally find her own special home to last a lifetime. Sasha will do best in a home dedicated to providing both mental and physical stimulation. She would be a perfect candidate for agility activities and has the capacity to be an ace in obedience training. Although she has not been aggressive with the cats at the shelter, she may be a bit too exuberant for them. No one quite instilled in Sasha how to appropriately greet new dogs and sometimes she will bark at them until she is sure they want to be her friend. Again, with a little guidance, Sasha has proven she is willing to learn and accept new behaviors. We feel certain that with the commitment and love she deserves, Sasha will become someone’s special good girl.

Join us at Hikin' Buddies! Each Wednesday ASWRV dogs will be vying for your attention at the Adams Gulch Trailhead, hoping you can take them for a hike. The Shelter brings family friendly, adoptable dogs to Adams Gulch from 9:30-1:00 and encourages members of the community to take the dogs out from some exercise.
