BLUEBERRY: Medium size neutered male Australian Cattle Dog mix. Estimated DOB January 1996 -- Perhaps someone needs to tell Blueberry he is a senior dog… This sweet boy surely doesn’t act like his 14 years. While he certainly isn’t a wild one, he does still have quite a bit of pep in his step. Blueberry is outgoing, affectionate and goofy. He is good with other dogs, has lived with cats, and likes everyone he meets. Blueberry would make a great candidate for the next ”Biggest Loser: Canine Edition”, as he needs to lose quite a bit of weight in order to be as healthy as possible. At 14 years old, this dog certainly deserves a home of his own sooner rather than later. If you’re looking for a wonderful senior pet you won’t find a nicer boy than Blueberry.

Join us at Hikin' Buddies! Each Wednesday ASWRV dogs will be vying for your attention at the Adams Gulch Trailhead, hoping you can take them for a hike. The Shelter brings family friendly, adoptable dogs to Adams Gulch from 9:30-1:00 and encourages members of the community to take the dogs out from some exercise.
